Phone Instructions:
To access your voicemail, call into the main line 724-657-3470, once the greeting answers, dial #6*XXX , where XXX is your extension, and enter your passcode when prompted.
While you are dialing #6*, do not listen to the directions in the call, it will not work. This part must also be dialed fairly quickly, if you pause for too long, it will not work.
To change your Voicemail Greeting:
Follow the same instructions as above, but when you #6*XXX (their ext), enter your pin then pound, listen to the instructions about your messages, press 4 for mailbox options, and follow through the voice prompts.
