Once installed:
At the Citrix hub, before you click care connect, click on your name in the top right corner, and choose Change Receiver
On the next page, click Detect Receiver
Once you've done that, try to launch care connect.
If it comes up, but you see a "connection error", click the "fix connection errors" button on that window and it should go through.
